Kensington project on site
Located within the Kensington Conservation Area, the project includes a lower ground floor transformation into one open space with a new rear extension and an integrated wine cellar, as well as a full refurbishment of the rest of the property to produce a tailor made contemporary home in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.
Extensive landscaping to the front and rare gardens will provide direct and elegant connection between the inside and out while increasing the lower floor daylight.
Other works to all the floor include the full redecoration of walls, ceilings and woodwork, the upgrade all electrical circuits and lighting, and new bathrooms and kitchen.
