BALT & C20 Society 2023 Webinar Series
Following the successful Palladio webinar series, The British Architectural Library Trust and the UK Twentieth Century Society are pleased to present a new 2023 webinar series in four lectures titled “From Portland Stone to Reinforced Concrete: English Architecture 1900-1940”.
The lectures begin on January 26 at 5PM GMT with an introduction to the Late Edwardian Period – a foundational period that predates the emergence of modernism in Britain – by Alex Bremner, professor of Architectural History at the University of Edinburgh.
