Lake Como building site progress
Completed the difficult excavation in the very hard Moltrasio rock, the void was lined in concrete and a specialist subcontractor proceeded with the complex waterproofing installation.
We could then finally proceed with the house superstructure construction. The Level -4 slab was built and as can be seen from these images, the shuttering and reinforcement of the first aerial slab, level -3, and the first flights of stairs are being completed.
From this level the views are already stunning, and we are still on one of the lowest levels!
