Life Sciences in Malaysia
Cagni Williams has teamed up with Didobi, who are leading researchers and analysts for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and the built environment, to deliver a five-month Life Sciences feasibility study and masterplan for Universiti Putra Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur.
The study will provide critical research and evidence into the local and regional markets. The outputs will be instrumental in attracting the right investors for the area, to create a solid base for the development of the university campus.
The team is carrying out desktop research in preparation for our trip to Malaysia in early November, where we will meet the University chairman, tour the campus and the site, and meet various stakeholders.
We are looking forward to a productive visit.
