Midland Metropolitan Hospital topping out ceremony
The topping out ceremony for Midland Metropolitan Hospital was a great success. The view from the 9th floor over the neighbourhood is panoramic, and we could see into the developing Winter Garden and towards the new Green.
The view made an impressive backdrop to the musical performances by the talented students from Bristnall Hall Academy and The Westminster School which were part of the event.
The Winter Garden, which will be a meeting and greeting area for patients and staff and the main circulation area, has been designed to accommodate events for the hospital and guests. We hope that the next musical performance will take place within the soaring translucent ceilinged space, and that we might see you there.
