Cagni Williams is a contemporary architecture studio:
we design elegant and sustainable spaces that inspire people.

Despite working from our studio in London, Italy is very present in our work. Our projects include a construction site in Genoa and one on Lake Como . The first will be completed soon and the second is expected to be delivered in 2016. See link at the bottom of the page.

For the execution of these projects we count on our staff which is made up of a high percentage of Italian architects, from the youngest to the senior partners of the firm, and we are therefore often present in the area.

We work in both the private and public sectors, always including end users in the design process, both to understand the inspirations of our clients and to develop with them a program tailored to their projects. Our mission is to design and build buildings that support the lives and ambitions of our clients while working to improve the environment. Our projects are carried out by us within the prescribed times and costs, our stimulus is the achievement of excellence.

We build sustainable buildings maintaining a holistic design criterion by focusing our approach on the construction of volumes, orientations and locations through a simple, linear and clear design. We maximize the use of natural and sunlight to achieve elegant and environmentally responsible solutions for our clients while minimizing waste through careful selection of materials and optimal use of prefabrication in both the design and construction process.

Our design approach is essentially based on the integration of engineering solutions to the complexity of the project, a process that therefore shapes the architectural and design solutions.

Our experience includes the design and construction of LEED Platinum projects in the United States and BREEAM Exceptional buildings in the United Kingdom.

Our team of qualified, international architects, based in London, share a passion for excellence and innovation and have deep and broad experience in the construction industry. All our architects are experienced in managing and delivering major projects for high profile clients, working closely with design and construction teams.

We continually do research, keeping ourselves informed about the most cutting-edge techniques; techniques we use in project group discussions and with our clients.

Our team has worked on very high profile projects in the UK, USA, Italy, Spain, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Mongolia, Singapore, and for major clients such as the Wellcome Trust (London), Princeton and Rice Universities (USA) , University College London hospitals, the Forum for the Future, the New College of the Humanities (all in London), the Liguria Region and many private clients around the world.

Our expertise is recognized within professional bodies and we frequently hold seminars and conferences on our design and various technical topics.

We work with models and digital models, sketches, samples and tests as well as technical drawings, to develop, describe and verify the project.
