One UB Plaza will be an iconic world-class multi-storey tower in the central business district of the city of Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, one of the world’s fastest growing economies.
The current plan envisages the construction of a pioneering mixed-use tower complex, which will comprise premium residential, office, hotel, retail and parking space and a large enclosed leisure and recreational area.
An experienced international design team based in the UK and led by our practice, will be supported by an accomplished team of consultants and by local Mongolian engineers, architects and agents to deliver this project via a dedicated project office in Ulaanbaatar.
The 1.8 hectare site is located in the rapidly evolving central Sukhbaatar District and is developed by owners with Trephoil with the full support of the Mongolian authorities.
The 5 year plan envisions the construction of 180,000 sq. mt. over 60 stories.
